You have up to 30 days to return the prints
We are 100% sure that you will be satisfied with the purchased fine art print. However, if it turns out that for any reason it does not meet your expectations or you have simply changed your mind, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the print without giving a reason.
To make a refund just:
- inform us about your intention to return the print by sending us an email firstname.lastname@example.org (you have up to 30 days to inform us after receiving the package),
- fill out the withdrawal form that you can find here,
- carefully pack the print(s) (preferably in the same way as you received it) and send it together with the filled out form to the following address:

Just remember that the print has to be in an intact condition – without fingerprints and any bends, scratches or stains.
When we receive the return shipment, we will immediately refund your money (cost of products + one way shipping), in any case no later than 14 days after we have received the return shipment.
We will refund your payment using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed to a different payment method.
Remember that is you who pay for the return shipment. You can send us the print(s) by any shipping company of your choice.
What to do in case of a damaged parcel
When you notice that the parcel is damaged (e.g. the tube is dented), make a damage report. Only such a report drawn up in the presence of a courier or deliverer when delivering a parcel entitles you to file a claim for damage to the parcel. Otherwise, damage claims will not be processed by us.
If you notice any defect of the received print(s), which was not created by your fault or by courier or deliverer’s fault, you can file a complaint using the complaint form available here.
You have two years to file a complaint after receiving the package. An additional condition is submitting a complaint within two months from the moment the defect is noticed.
Remember that any mechanical damage to the product which occurred after receiving the product is not subject to complaint. Mechanical damage includes, among others: bends, scratches, tears, spots etc.
We give you a lifetime warranty against fading of the print(s). If you notice that the print is beginning to fade, we will refund your money. Even in 100 years.
Remember, however, that the print cannot be exposed outside and thus exposed to direct sunlight.
